EARLY INTERVENTION CENTRE

Early Intervention & Research Centre
In a proud milestone, the Early Intervention and Research Centre was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, on 23rd September 2019. This is a visionary initiative of Pope Paul Mercy Home, dedicated to identifying and addressing developmental delays and disabilities in children aged 6 months to 5 years.
Our goal is simple yet powerful: detect early, intervene effectively, and empower every child to reach their full potential. The Centre focuses not just on the child, but also supports parents, families, and the community, ensuring holistic care and support.
With advanced units like Sensory Integration Therapy (SIT), Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Occupational Therapy, we offer specialized interventions that promote healthy physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. The Centre also houses a well-equipped Library and Research Wing, fostering scientific inquiry into the causes of delayed development and supporting evidence-based practices.

OUR EXPERT MULTISISCIPLINARY TEAM

Together, this dynamic team works in perfect harmony—pioneering new methods of early detection and delivering advanced therapeutic care, all under one roof. At the Early Intervention & Research Centre, we don’t just treat delays—we build a future of ability, independence, and joy.
